Meet Dr. Alex

Dr. Alex is a licensed veterinarian with a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine and an outstanding reputation in the field. He is one of the first group of ISVPS (International School of Veterinary Postgraduate Studies) internationally certified specialist surgeons in China. As the Director of the Small Animal Medicine Branch of the Shanghai Livestock and Veterinary Association, he is deeply involved in advancing veterinary care and education.

Dr. Alex is a sought-after expert in veterinary dentistry, having trained alongside specialists from both the animal and human medical fields. He is one of the few veterinarians in China skilled in dental restorations, root canal treatments, and complex tooth extractions.

In addition to his dental expertise, Dr. Alex has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating fractures and joint diseases. He is proficient in performing surgeries for various complex conditions, with a strong foundation in both theory and practical application.

Dr. Alex regularly attends international veterinary conferences and serves as a course translator and teaching assistant. He collaborates with veterinarians from the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and beyond, constantly honing his skills and expanding his knowledge.

Currently, he is pursuing the ISVPS international certification in exotic animal medicine, further strengthening his ability to care for a wide variety of species.

A Passion for Animal Welfare: When not in the clinic, Dr. Alex enjoys spending quality time with his beloved dog, Xiao Ai. Together, they enjoy outdoor adventures like kayaking, hiking, and mountain climbing. Dr. Alex has personally cared for Xiao Ai’s neutering and dental needs, demonstrating his commitment to ensuring all animals live happy, healthy lives.
