We are named after our founder, Ada, which is reflected in our name, “Ada's.” The name Ada originates from words meaning "simple, happy, beautiful, and diligent"—qualities we aspire to embody in everything we do. In Chinese, the homophone "爱达斯" (Ai Da Si) mirrors our name, representing our deep love for animals and the care we pour into every aspect of our work.

Our work standards come from well-known international veterinary schools (including Royal Veterinary College in the UK, University of Cambridge, UC Davis Veterinary College in the United States, Cornell University, etc.), as well as authoritative international professional organizations (such as WSAVA's global standards for the World Society of Small Animal Veterans, and Ada is also an international representative of WSAVA's Shanghai Society of Small Animal Veterans), There are also organizations and academic institutions from specialized fields (such as our animal friendly standards, which learn from and draw on the ISFM World Cat Organization and the American FearFree organization).
