Rabbits Can Have Dental Problems Too! Today, we want to share a little story about rabbit dental health. Our little bunny friend, just 1 year old, almost missed out on delicious hay due to an oral issue.
Symptoms: The bunny suddenly stopped eating hay, had a reduced appetite, and was drooling severely. It seemed lethargic all the time, which worried its owner a lot.
Preliminary Diagnosis: Upon initial examination, we suspected that the bunny might be suffering from acquired dental disease. Many people may not know this, but rabbits have a unique dental system.
