At the beginning of the month, my dog showed symptoms of bloody urine, diagnosed with urinary stones, and may need surgery. So a friend found Dr. Alex and brought the dog over for a comprehensive examination. After analyzing the composition of the stones, Dr. Alex suggested conservative treatment first through medication. Continued observation will be needed, and if symptoms do not improve, surgery will be considered. My first impression of Ada's was professionalism, excellent medical skills, advanced medical equipment, and warm service. Every staff member at the hospital genuinely loves animals. The post-consultation customer service staff actively cares about the recovery situation, which is very heartwarming. Additionally, the clinic environment is clean and comfortable, with no strange odors, and every detail reveals that this is a pet clinic with warmth. Perhaps because I liked Ada's and Dr. Alex too much, after about two weeks, my dog Luca came back. This time, he suddenly limped on his hind leg. Dr. Alex examined him and, based on his many years of clinical experience, determined that the dog's leg was likely fractured. After taking X-rays, it turned out to be a ligament injury. The good news is that the ligament is not completely torn, so surgery is not immediately necessary. The bad news is that both hind legs have this issue. Dr. Alex's treatment plan is to first take pain medication, reduce weight, limit exercise, and opt for conservative treatment for a period of time. PS: While at the clinic, they also cleaned the dog's long-standing tartar very carefully and thoroughly.
